This one makes my heart happy : Cryotherapy is More than fat reduction it’s body contouring + skin tightening.

How it works is by delivering ultra-cold, pressurized CO₂ to rapidly cool the targeted area. This controlled cold creates a thermal response in the skin and is used to help produce a firmer, tighter, more toned appearance, while the body-sculpting treatment targets stubborn fat.

Azelaic acid is one of those ingredients I just really love.

Acne, redness, rosacea-prone skin, pigmentation, post-breakout marks and it can do a lot without needing to be an aggressive ingredient.

Being a paramedical tattoo artist is so much more than the procedure for me. ♡

Scar + stretch mark revision has become one of the parts of Suffuse that I’m most passionate about. This is my baby ❤️ and I take the responsibility of working with your skin, your story and something that may have affected your confidence for years very seriously.

I will always be your biggest cheerleader, but I’m also going to educate you. I’m going to tell you when you’re overthinking your healing, remind you not to touch it (probably more than once 😂), answer the questions you think are silly, and make sure you understand why we’re doing what we’re doing.

Because education will always be a priority for me.

I want you to feel comfortable asking questions. I want you to know what to expect. And most importantly, I want you to feel like you are in really good hands from the moment you walk through my door until your skin is fully healed.

And something I will always stand behind:

It is okay to want to change the way your scars or stretch marks look.

They can be part of your story and you can still decide you don’t want to see them every day. Those two things can exist at the same time. ♡

This work is personal to me. Continuing my education, mastering my craft and being able to give someone a little piece of their confidence back is exactly why I love what I do.

A little seasonal update from me as we head into one of my favourite times of year for skin treatments. ♡

September availability is getting limited, and I’ll be away throughout parts of October for education and training — which means my appointment availability will be limited then as well. If you’ve been thinking about booking, please plan ahead and secure your appointments early.

Fall is also the perfect time to start focusing on your skin after the summer months.

BRUISE RECOVERY + CRYOTHERAPY

Bruising doesn’t always have to feel like a waiting game.

Localized cryotherapy can be used to support the body’s natural recovery process following a bruise, helping to temporarily reduce swelling, inflammation and discomfort in the affected area.

As the bruise naturally heals, the body gradually breaks down and clears the blood and fluid responsible for those purple, red and yellow tones.
