One month ago, I finally welcomed fall 🍂
The end of August, and September days until the 22nd, I called late summer. Maybe this is already your practice - I love the switch from feeling like summer ends way sooner to feeling like it was extended, simply by honouring the equinox in this way.
And so I share another summer post, relishing in the memories & holding them in my heart as we enter the colder, darker months. Road trips, giggles, festivals, deep shares with my closests, light work, grief, lots of nature time, and always, good food.
I spent many hours reviewing recordings (over 400!!) and I can’t wait to share them with you once they’re ready ✨
Wishing you a beautiful remainder of the fall season (or spring if you’re in the southern hemisphere)

Sound Bath Studio330 Friday Oct 30th, 7pm 🍂✨

I’m so looking forward to holding space for you! Two new things:

✨Seichim Reiki will be shared at this one for the first time - I’m so curious to see how this new energy is perceived! Usui and Pure Presence Reiki will also flow to those that wish to receive it 🫶🏼
✨As it’s the night before Halloween, there’s going to be a special focus on energetically protecting spaces and connecting to beings on the other side (things I don’t often share much about in big group sessions) 😍
