A Full Moon Blessing

Drying and fading through the dark nights
How habits curl in their dryness
And twists to crack to sever
To then break the Heart free
And float in the breath of the Sky

Of fresh arising resplendent color
Luminous Heart’s reflection
Transcends to a rainbow wash
Upon the canvas of one’s life
Resonant glowing growing vibrance

Resting upon our Mother’s Hand
Heart’s soul purified dissolving freeing
Dissipating within Heart’s Space
To spontaneously unfold to Oneness
A fluid state of Being that just is

Is there a Silence Stalking your Mind
To Disengage Attachments
To Disengage their Publication
Guiding you Away from the Rapids

Let the New Moon Reflect the Unknown
And the Full Moon Bathe your Eyes
Let the Breeze Whisper
And the Streams Sing to your Heart

The Sacred Path of the Unknown
Is To Be a Witness
And To Accept
The Wisdom Blood of Living the Bliss and the Sorrow of All Being

And To Leave the Known
To Be a Mystery
Like Smoke in the Wind
Becoming Unknown even to Your Self

The Unknown of Being in Original Heart
A Transcendence of Letting Go of All the Known of Openness
The V***r of All Space of All Heart
A Wholeness Divine and Unknown

To Be the Air Blended into All Skies
A Vast Expanse of Sacred Being

Arise an Imperative of an Open Heart

With the courage born for All Life
When every step moves within Beauty’s depth
You Blend your very being into Origin’s Heart

Take on the Task of Remembrance
And Open your Heart beyond Mind’s demand
Walking in Beauty to See through Origin’s Eyes
Equinox Blessing

Bring your Subtle Energy down
Stay the soft breath for a moment
And Float in a Seamless Aware Knowing

Pure being within a Sacred Stream
Without a wave or a ripple
To be the Blended flow in Origin’s Heart

Pulled to purity's core

The Thögal is a very ancient and primordial practice that offers a direct path to the essence. Robert Olds will be giving one time the complete transmission of this practice over 5 online sessions, from 1pm to 2pm Atlantic Time, every Sunday from October 4th through November 1st inclusive 2026. This series of teachings will offer all the instructions needed to properly begin the practice, as well as an overview of the 4 visions. Having completed the whole path with his wife Rachel, he will be teaching from his experience and from the two books he wrote about it Primordial Grace and Luminous Heart of Inner Radiance.
