Hi friends of yoga!

I finally did it—I uploaded my first yoga class to YouTube today! With a little help from Journie. 😊
I quickly realized I may need to invest in a better camera and some lighting… lol. The video isn’t perfect and I definitely caught a few mistakes, and I’m still not sure about the background music—but it did help drown out the barking dog and the meowing cat in the middle of class.

Solstice Yoga Flow With Lonna

Mark the turning of the season with a nourishing, alignment-based flow designed to honor balance, renewal, and intention. This class weaves slow, deliberate movement with steady breath, building strength and openness while creating space to reflect and reset.
