There’s a reason I don’t believe great coaching starts with a toolbox.

It starts with the coach.

Because you can learn every modality under the sun, but if you haven’t learned how to notice your own patterns, regulate yourself, listen beyond the obvious, trust what you’re sensing and get curious about what’s really happening beneath the surface…it becomes very difficult to hold that kind of space for someone else.

And honestly, some of the most powerful moments in CCC happen when a woman realizes, “Oh… I’m learning this for me, too.”

The questions you learn to ask your clients start becoming questions you ask yourself. The awareness you develop in your coaching starts changing the way you move through your own life. You begin noticing yourself differently.

And that’s intentional.

Because I don’t want to teach you how to perform coaching.

I want to help you become someone who embodies the kind of transformation you’re asking your clients to step into. 😮‍💨😮‍💨

Looks like we made it 🥂
Ten years and counting.

Jake planned the sweetest trip to Montreal for our anniversary, where we’ve spent many special memories together as a couple and family.

Our server one night at Barroco asked what advice we could give after ten years.. and the first thing that came to heart was the fact that it’s a commitment over and over. Through the fun and easy times and through the tough challenges. Choose each other always.

And then he shared advice from a couple he met who were celebrating 50 years, and they said “the person you married isn’t the same person they are today”… that you evolve as time and experiences pass… so you must choose to love the person as they evolve… the person they are becoming. And we just loved that.
