Dermal Filler Aftercare: What You Need to Know 🤍
A little aftercare goes a long way toward supporting your results!
Stay hydrated — drink plenty of water to support your skin.
Pause facial treatments — wait until your medical injector confirms it’s safe to resume facials, peels, and other cosmetic treatments.
Be patient — mild swelling, bruising, and temporary asymmetry are common. Allow up to 2 weeks for your filler to settle. Don't forget to book your 2 week follow-up!
Avoid unnecessary pressure — don’t massage or manipulate the treated area unless instructed by your injector.
⚠️ Know the warning signs: Severe or increasing pain, unusual skin discoloration, pale or mottled skin, or vision changes require immediate medical assessment.
Your safety is our priority. Our clinic Medical Director is available 24/7 for urgent concerns related to these types of complications. Please contact us immediately if you experience any warning signs.
