Happy Thanksgiving

As move through the day we often get consumed with life and the doings that need to happen.
Today reminds us about being vs doing.

Today we sit that much deeper in gratitude. Not just for those around us, but for the gratitude of the lessons that have helped create who you are today.

When we stay still and notice the small things around us, we open up that much more to the blessings that surround us.

I’m grateful for each of you.

The mystic market was absolutely thrilling.
From the spontaneous healings in people’s big toe, to the life lessons people are currently moving through, to teaching people how to connect to their spirit guides.
I was reminded it doesn’t matter what capacity you touch the spiritual side, it’ll all leave you feeling energized.

I wanted to thank all those that came out. The time slots filled up in a blink of an eye.

Last night’s Energy Healing Circle was full and the energy in the room was incredible.

Together, we moved through an evening of exploration and practice. We worked with parts, explored the merging of soul fragments, travelled through crystalline healing caverns in meditation, and opened into new sensations and energetic awareness within the body.

But the most meaningful part of the night wasn’t any one experience.

It was watching people become more confident in themselves.

There was a shift from wondering, “Am I doing this right?” to beginning to trust what they were feeling through their hands, their intuition, and their own connection to energy work.

That is exactly why these circles matter.

The more we practice, the more familiar these experiences become. The more familiar they become, the easier it is to trust ourselves.

I’m so grateful for everyone who continues to show up, practice, share, and grow together. 🤍

Somatic Tones has a program called Walking Realms. The program supports individuals connecting with the horses energy field to down shift their nervous system. Was a wonderful to be part of such a profound

As I pulled outta the driveway, I KNEW this was gonna be a special type of connection.

I was greeted by two lovely horses ready to help their mama float into the deepest levels of relaxation.

They gently nudged, grounded, and cleared as the energetic space opened and started flowing.

It’s such an honor to feel a persons nervous system down shift and their heart rate slow.

September is su***de prevention month.
I thought I’d be fitting to sit alongside 50 other colleagues and freshen up the support of those who could use it.

So many individuals and families have been impacted by mental health. Please know there is support and no referral is needed.

Yesterday’s in person energy healing community meet up was a hit.

The first two weeks we talked about cords and attachments.
Of course a healing circle isn’t complete if we leave it at talking…so we worked on removing cords.
Learned the difference between cord cutting and cord removals.

The next we practiced speaking to individuals higher selves rather than speaking to the 3d person who might not be ready to have difficult conversations.

And last night we practiced accessing past lifetimes through muscle testing, and time travel, to close out trauma wounds that live in the body or nervous system.

If you’ve been interested in reiki, energy movement, shamanic practices, or energy curious, you’re welcome to join us each Monday for hands on real time practice and support.

Building confidence, gaining insights and wisdom, and being able to ask questions in a safe place is the goal.
