Being a mother is a beautiful, rewarding, life altering love.
It’s also a lot of work- asking for help is healthy!
Here we are 1.5 years into a pandemic in Ontario:
No mom dates, no play dates and if you’re home all day with a baby who isn’t sleeping it can take it’s toll mentally, physically and emotionally.
