Recently, I've been increasingly intrigued with natural crystals' therapeutic and relaxing properties. A well-known cancer survivor and motivational speaker advised me to keep a bio mat in my toolkit to support self-care throughout this journey. I placed an order for two sizes with the intention of returning one once I determined which one best met my needs. I decided to keep them both because I loved them so much. For the smaller sized mat, I've previously posted a review. The medium-sized mat is the ideal size for my build and covers the trouble spots for my hip, low back, and shoulder problems.It has changed the intensity of the pain I've felt in certain regions and enhanced my capacity to relax. To fit inside the wonderfully built storage container it comes with, this mat can be folded in half. I adore this feature since it allows me to treat my hip and back while sitting at my desk or watching TV while in a chair. I can work on my foot neuropathy while doing this by simultaneously using the smaller mat. The inherent qualities of the stones, together with the infrared heat, help to promote healing. Both of these mats are essential to my self-care as I deal with this new road I am now on after enduring major abdominal surgery earlier this year and chemotherapy for lymphoma.

I have severe back and hip pain from osteoarthritis and I have tried different treatments such as physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage and prescription anti-inflammatories which all have failed to help with my pain long term.
