Measure. Optimize. Thrive.

Yesterday, we brought a piece of Heal House to the Vaughan Chamber Business Expo.

Throughout the day, guests had the opportunity to experience the Visbody — giving them a closer look at how measurable insights into body composition can become a starting point for a more informed approach to wellness.

More than anything, it was a great day of conversations, new connections, and introducing the Heal House approach to Vaughan’s business community.

Thank you to the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce for bringing together so many local businesses, leaders, and entrepreneurs under one roof.

A closer look inside the Heal House VIP Experience at SFG 🌻

Some came to experience the giant singing bowl. Some were curious about biohacking. Others needed a place to breathe, reset and reconnect.

Swipe through for a few of the moments that made our tent so special. 🤍

Inside the Heal House VIP Experience at SFG🌻✨

From the giant singing bowl and biohacking to breathwork, meditation, movement and connection, we created a space where guests could reset, recharge and experience the festival differently.

Thank you to everyone who stepped inside, shared their presence and made the Heal House tent such a special part of the weekend. 🤍

Every Heal House experience begins with a fuller understanding of you — your history, your biology, your goals and the life you are asking your body to support.

Because those things do not exist separately.
The demands of work, stress, recovery, movement, environment and physiology all meet in the same person. Understanding how they relate can reveal more than looking at any one piece alone.

That’s what John recognized in the idea of whole person care, not stopping at what may be happening, but building enough understanding to decide what comes next.

As a young executive at IBM, Laura learned to enter demanding rooms prepared, capable and ready to meet the moment.

For years, resilience was closely tied to endurance — taking on responsibility, performing under pressure and continuing forward.

Her responsibilities haven’t disappeared. What has changed is her understanding of what it takes to carry them well.

There is another kind of resilience in knowing how to recover, how to reconnect and how to be fully present for the life we are working so hard to build.

It’s an idea that has evolved through Laura’s own experience and now helps shape the way she leads at Heal House.

What if better health begins with seeing the whole picture?

For Joe, Founder of Heal House, years of searching for answers revealed something important. The challenge wasn’t a lack of care, but the difficulty of connecting the pieces.

That realization helped shape the philosophy behind Heal House.

Our first Heal House Secret Garden Culinary Experience marked the beginning of a new tradition.

Hosted by Joe Lu and Heal House President Laura Compagni, the evening brought our community together through exceptional hospitality, meaningful conversation, and an unforgettable five-course Mediterranean dining experience prepared by Chef Matteo and his culinary team.

Designed to bring people together through food, conversation, and community, the evening reflected what Heal House is all about—creating spaces where meaningful connections can grow.

The night concluded with one of its most meaningful moments as over $5,000 was presented to the Jean Tweed Centre, made possible through the generosity of our community and the support of Alessandro from La Famiglia Barbershop, Samantha Trinity and Dr. Rachel Stummer of , and Dr. Sara Mahdavi at DNA Doctors.

A heartfelt thank you to Chef Matteo and his culinary team, our sponsors and community partners, the entire Heal House team, our volunteers, and every guest who helped make this evening so special.

Special thanks to our generous gift bag partners:

At Heal House, we believe some of life’s most meaningful moments begin around a table.

We believe in creating spaces where people feel connected, supported, and inspired. This Thursday, we’re honoured to welcome Chef Matteo for the first of many chef experiences—an evening centred around Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, meaningful conversation, and community.

During the evening, we’ll also be presenting donations to the Jean Tweed Centre in support of the important work they do for women and families.

While this experience is fully booked, it’s only the beginning. We look forward to sharing moments from the evening and welcoming you to future Heal House experiences.

While thousands gathered to explore the future of technology, we created space to reconnect with something timeless.

In an industry that moves fast, recovery matters just as much as performance.

Through guided breathwork, sound healing, regenerative wellness technologies, and moments of stillness inside HealGO, attendees experienced what nervous system regulation can feel like—even in the middle of one of Canada’s busiest crypto conferences.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to experience HealGO. We can’t wait to see where the journey takes us next!

Building meaningful connections is how real change begins.

It was a pleasure welcoming Daniel Virgili to Heal House for an inspiring tour and thoughtful conversation with both Joe Lu and Laura Compagni.

Thank you, Daniel, for taking the time to visit, learn more about our mission, and explore what’s possible together. We look forward to continuing the conversation and seeing where this journey leads.

Great things happen when passionate people come together with a shared purpose.
