Appreciate the moments of stillness when they come.
Iv always loved my solitude pre babies. But now I savour it. Motherhood really forces you to use your time wisely as the breaks are so far and in between. Carving out time for me is one of my main priorities because I know without it I’d be an absolute mess.
Lately, waking up at 5:30 to get in my work out before I start my day with the boys has made my soul so happy.
