Happy Canadian Thanksgiving Day!

Living on a pioneer homestead, built with the love, vision, drive and incredible hard work of Canada's pioneer settlers, makes me feel proud to be Canadian every day.

I am filled gratitude, inspiration and hope for the future as I create a forever home sanctuary and healing center, continuing the work of the pioneers in each generation ... honouring this sacred, crystal land of The Canadian Shield.

Now, new friends join us at our sanctuary farm, both 2 legged and 4 legged!
I imagine the pioneers who first created this homestead in the 1800s must be smiling down from Heaven, knowing their love, vision and drive continues today as I create a larger legacy of love, safety and security for future generations of humans, horses and animals.

I give thanks for all the good and wonderful things in my life, and for the new friendships that this land and homestead is creating.

It is a borderline obsession. I was never "brainwashed" into achieving goals. It is just who I am.

That is why I love High Performance Wellness and Conscious Leadership. You CAN achieve your goals and live your dreams without distraction, depletion and burnout. The key is to become Centered-Connected-Conscious in your daily life.

Sunday Peace . . .

How do you manage your stress?

Holding stress is heavy, draining energy that can build up until the body and mind can no longer sustain the intensity.
