Dance Lesson with Dinah: More Does Not Equal Better 🚫🙅‍♀️

Dinah Hampson uses Dr. Seuss and the story of Gertrude McFuzz as an analogy, that more does not always mean better! More of one training aspect doesn’t equal better performance. Dancers need to train smarter, NOT more. Focus on the fundamentals, fine-tuning small aspects of the bigger picture. 📚🤓
