Welcome, Baby J 🤍
This little one made a very quick entrance — under 4 hours for a first‑time mama. Moments like this remind me why I’m always researching, tracking patterns, and refining how I prepare my mamas for labour. Early findings… but so promising. More to come.

There is something sacred about a person reclaiming their birth story. ✨

Welcoming our first VBAC baby of the year has filled my heart to the brim. This birth was a gentle, powerful reminder of what is possible when a birthing person is truly supported. Witnessing the seamless dance between the incredible team at Michael Garron Hospital and the steady presence of a doula reminded me why I do this work.
It wasn’t just about the delivery; it was about the journey, the patience, and the collective belief in the body’s wisdom. A beautiful start to the year.
