Do plants contribute to clean air in your house?

What is needed for optimal air filtration?

What kind of toxins are removed?

I am using house plants for years to remove formaldehyde, benzene, and trichloroethylene from my apartment.

There are many articles out there that talk about which are the "BEST" plants.

However, there is more to it than just the plant itself.

"Formaldehyde is a ubiquitous chemical found in virtually all indoor environments. The major sources, which have been reported and publicized, include urea-formaldehyde foam insulation (UFFI) and particle board or pressed-wood products. Consumer paper products, including grocery bags, waxed papers, facial tissues, and paper towels, are treated with urea- formaldehyde (UF) resins. Many common household cleaning agents contain formaldehyde. UF resins are used as stiffeners, wrinkle resisters, water repellants, fire retardants, and adhesive binders in floor covering, carpet backing, and permanent-press clothes. Other sources of formaldehyde include cigarette smoke and heating and cooking fuels such as natural gas and kerosene."

How often do you wake up with pleasant thoughts that make you feel happy? 🙄

In my experience, my first thoughts are often about something that causes me worry or fear.

This is not unusual. Our brains are wired for survival. To calculate how much energy will be needed to get you through the day, the mind predicts the worst case scenario because dealing with stress or danger takes more energy than laying relaxed at the beach.

If you don't pay attention to those thoughts and the stress it creates for your body, this energy is likely to follow you throughout the day.

But what if you consciously start your day creating peace of mind first?

I already shared how tapping changes your brain, so that you can experience more peace and support your health. Also, HOW you can actually release stress in the moment. Some of you sent me comments sharing the positive shift they’ve experienced after tapping along in the video 😍

I’ve been helping people dealing with the emotional turmoil of a cancer diagnosis using EFT/tapping for many years now, and in my next video Im talking about what makes tapping even more effective without you needing to put any more effort into the work.
