Ingredients:
• 9 dates
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1 cup oat flour (or blended oats)
• Optional: 100g milk or dark chocolate perferably, melted
Method:
• Prepare Dates: If your dates are hard, soak them in hot water for about 30 minutes to soften.
• Blend Ingredients: Drain the dates and blitz them in a food processor along with the cocoa powder and oat flour (or oats) until well combined and smooth.
• Form Balls: Roll the mixture into small balls.
• Optional Chocolate Dip: Melt the dark chocolate and dip each ball into it, then place them on a parchment-lined tray.
• Chill: Refrigerate until the chocolate is set and the balls are firm.
