Seriously, where did you all come from? This weekend was wild!

Thank you all for showing up and supporting us here at Popeye's supplements! We were really busy and had a huge lineup outside the store right at open. It was a pleasure helping you all save money and stock up on what you needed to get your body right for summer!

Now we'll go back to wandering the seemingly empty stores until we get restocked after you guys obliterated our supply. 😂

Parents who lift this week

I just did my first of what will be 11.5 hours straight with 2 kids before a very aggressive workout program and I promise you I'm nothing short of a legit stim-goblin now. I have no regrets. This is the only way. Pray for me. 🙏🏾 💪🏾

Another hard goodbye for many.

It's impossible to track your impact on those of us in the fitness world. Many started their journey with an image of Goku's physique in their heads or his love for the process of growing stronger every day in their hearts. The characters taught us lessons about perseverance, growth, strength, potential, and responsibility.

So many fans - so many friends - lifted in sorrow for a fallen legend who brought their childhoods so much joy and excitement. So many are thankful for the memories created by such an impactful series.

21 Kamehamehas in the sky for the now late and great Akira Toriyama. Most of us will never be able to thank you enough. 👊🏼 💪🏼 😞🙏🏼
