IMPERIAL TATTOO was established by tattooer Ronan Gibney in 2008 when the shop he worked at was closing and he and his fellow artists found themselves looking for a new home. He set out to create a different kind of tattoo studio experience, with a strong focus on providing high level customer service to clients in a minimalist, design-conscious setting.

Imperial’s semi-private individual artist stations, outfitted with vintage dental lamps, can easily be converted to fully private at your request, and our crew of experienced artists + reception team are happy to answer any questions you may have about our Custom Tattoo Process.
