It’s finally here! Specialty Food Shop’s new website has launched 🚀

How to sign in:

🛍️ If you have been shopping with us over the last two months and have been receiving emails, you likely already have an account set up for the new website through your email. Test it out by clicking “Sign in” at the top right corner and entering your email address.

🔐 There are no passwords with our new site. To sign in, you will be given a one-time six-digit code via email every time you sign in to verify your account.

💌 If you aren’t sure if you have an account, please reach out to us via email at [email protected] and we will be happy to confirm.

💜 Regular customers who do not yet have an account can go ahead and create one using their email. However, if you are a metabolic customer or a cystic fibrosis customer, you will need Specialty Food Shop to set up your account for you. Please reach out to us so we can get you all set up!

What’s the update on Specialty Food Shop’s website? 🔍

It’s been a long time coming, but the end is finally in sight. The Specialty Food Shop team has been hard at work building a brand-new website for the past few months and it’s just about ready to go live! It’s been a tough journey and we know it’s been challenging for both customers and staff. Thank you to our incredible community for your patience.

Some Specialty Food Shop suppliers are experiencing unprecedented supply-chain issues, which has led to shortages in some of our low protein food products.

We’re working with our suppliers to get these products restocked as soon as we can.

During this time, you can plan ahead by placing an order for the low protein foods you know you will be requiring in the near future. If these products don’t arrive with your delivery or in the amounts that you requested, it is because they are in short supply with our suppliers.

It has been a long three months, and the journey continues. The website for Specialty Food Shop, was proactively taken down by SickKids in response to potential unusual activity in December 2022. Three months later and our website is still unavailable — and our previous website platform will not be returning.
We have been working hard to build a new website, but this takes time. We thank you for your ongoing support and patience through this process 💜

Our new website doesn’t have an ETA at this time, but we’ll be sure to keep you in the loop with any updates.
