Proactively addressing winter schedules provides a renewed energy and passion for teaching. And this prepares us to jump into our spring season with a strong focus and enthusiasm. Which is great, because it’s almost always our busiest quarter as clients return home and into their routines.

With the support, strength and mobility of Pilates and the energy centering of QiGong, bring focus, strength, energy and calm into your new year.

Join this innovative and exciting series starting January 9th that integrates the ancient meditation technique of Qigong with the focused flows and exercise sequences of Pilates.

Beginning with the QiGong movement sequences, you'll release stagnations in your body that can cause imbalances often manifested as sluggishness, overwhelm, stress, stiffness and restricted mobility.

You'll then be guided through a dynamic and focused Pilates flow that moves through strengthening, mobility and core exercises to challenge coordination, improve endurance and increase balance and stamina.

It's so quick and easy! And warm and sweet!💖"

This recipe calls for milk, cream (35% for thicker texture but any cream is fine), dark chocolate, and milk chocolate. Add Brown sugar for extra sweetness

The 2 Teasers perfectly demo’d by Senior Studio3 Instructor Bianca on the Reformer and Studio3 Director & Owner Carla, on the Cadillac, show how it progresses from one piece of equipment to the other;

Starting on the Cadillac, the Springs from Above provide stability & assistance to connect into the coordination which is needed for the Reformer Teaser where it’s all about balance, core strength & control.
