21 weeks of measurable change.

This transformation wasn’t built from guessing — it was built from consistency, structure, and data.

Over 21 weeks, we tracked progress through bi-weekly metabolic analysis, allowing the program to adjust based on what was actually changing: body fat, fat mass, lean mass, and rate of progress.

The result:

19.6% → 11.0% body fat
-14.3 lb fat mass
+11.9 lb lean mass

At KX Yorkville, transformation starts with understanding where you are, then building the right plan to move you forward with objective results.

Oxygen is essential for how your body creates energy, repairs tissue, and recovers from physical stress.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy uses mild pressure to help increase oxygen availability in the body, giving your cells more oxygen to work with than normal breathing alone.

At KX Yorkville, clients use HBOT as part of a proactive recovery routine to help:
• Promote cellular energy production
• Assist tissue repair and remodelling
• Aid recovery after training or physical strain
• Help regulate inflammation balance
• Improve resilience and overall wellness

Sessions are available in 60 or 90 minutes.
