Curry Burger~lentil patty on a cabbage bun with an heirloom tomato chutney, epic potato salad, & a simple yet delicious arugula salad. This meal screams picnic in the park.

Triple Noodles~ buckwheat, zoodles of carrots & zucchini served with coconut-crusted soy-free tofu with a spicy sweet almond sauce. Eat. Repeat😋

Summer is (almost) here! Stay hydrated, nourished, and glowing with this week’s vibrant features✨🌞

Phish Jicama Tacos~the star of the show our hearts of palm-baked phish fillets, served with an epic house-made curtido, veggie black rice, & an aji verde cashew sauce. Use the jicama as your wrapper & enjoy while taking in the sunshine.

Halloumi Salad~marinated fava bean halloumi then grilled to perfection served with a broccoli stem & snap pea slaw, herbed gf orzo, & topped with a creamy h**p basil aioli. It’s so good it will have you doing a happy dance.

We stocked our freezers with 2 new blast frozen meals(Mung bean omelette & lemon grass French lentil curry), & new waffles - pecan chocolate.

Orange Cauliflower & Forbidden Rice ~roasted cauliflower featuring a sweet and sour glaze from cold-pressed OJ, paired with nutrient-rich black rice, crispy non-fried beans, protein-packed tofu, a hydrating cucumber salad, and white kimchi.

Protein Chopped Sammy ~ a twist on the chopped sandwich craze.
