💅🏼 Girl math = if it makes me feel better, it’s not an expense, it’s an investment. 📈

👉🏽 Spending 45 minutes working out just 2-3x per week isn’t just an investment in your health and happiness right now, it’s basically a savings plan for your bone density & quality of life later on.

🤌🏼The numbers don’t lie; health IS wealth. DM us to get started today; because the best time to start investing was yesterday, but today is the next best thing! 💪🏼

👉🏿“Your environment & the people in it shape your future: choose carefully’”. This couldn’t be more true when it comes to health and fitness. The science tells us that individuals who train in group environments are 3x more likely to be consistent with exercise than those who train on their own. Don’t wait, message us today and get into a class. You won’t regret it! And your future self will thank you 🙌🏽

Our Hyrox team has been putting in the work for this 2026 season and they hit the start line from October 1-4th. Congratulations to everyone who has been digging in and getting ready for HYROX Canada and THANK YOU to our coaches & our amazing F45 Long Branch community for sweating alongside and encouraging us!

Our second annual TRYROX HYROX Canada Sim took place last weekend just one month away from Hyrox Toronto. It’s safe to say our athletes left with the motivation to keep training this month and the confidence to step up to the start line in October. TryRox is truly about trying it out; with low stakes and the big vibes. No pressure, no podiums, and plenty of high fives along the ways. This year we were excited to also offer a test run of Hyrox Youngstars: a Hyrox sim scaled by age group to a small number of youth. We learned a lot, and the energy of the young athletes was incredible!
