I’ve been a #personaltrainer and health coach for 8 years. I also struggled with chronic #IBS and unknowingly until recently, #SIBO. No one and nothing was helping. Until I met an ND who finally helped me overcome 30 years of chronic IBS! It’s that program that we use at the academy to help others overcome their debilitating IBS symptoms and food intolerances.
