This week we celebrated our incredible Registered Massage Therapists who are such an important part of the Capture Team.

What better way to end RMT week off than with a little advocacy and support! 🩵✨

Happy Friday & Happy 12 Years of building Capture! 🩵🎉

12 years since we opened our first location in Grand Falls, 12 years of learning, growing, and celebrating the ups and downs alongside the best team around.

To everyone who has been part of the Capture journey, from day one to today and every moment in between, thank you. We wouldn’t be where we are today without you.

Here’s to 12 incredible years, and to all the growth, milestones, and memories still to come. ✨

As some of you may know, we recently lost a light in our Truro clinic.

Marsha Kaczmarek was a dedicated registered massage therapist with Capture over the summer, and she truly radiated kindness from the inside out. From day 1 she took the time to get to know and care about those around her, and in turn we were lucky enough to have been able to get to know and work alongside her bright personality.

We are thinking of her family during this time and sending our deepest sympathies to everyone impacted by the loss of this wonderful person. 🤍

Sincerely,
The Capture Team

Ever been curious what the REAL benefit of chiropractic care can be? With October being National Chiropractic Health Month, we figured it would be the perfect time to start this series.

Spoiler alert, they do more than just work with the spine. 👀

What a successful day on the green for our Capture Therapeutics Cares golf tournament, in support of Redcliff Middle School, last Friday!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who sponsored, partnered, and supported, and to those who came out for a beautiful day of golf. ⛳️ 🩵

Until next year!

Long weekend feels.

Happy Thanksgiving from the Capture crew to your crew (furry friends included)!

We are beyond grateful for the community of people, patients, and staff we have around us. We'll be closed this Friday and Monday to give our staff an extra long break as our thank you to them.

See you on Tuesday! 🩵

Did you know we provide free injury prevention sessions to local sports teams?

This includes prevention and recovery techniques for your team which can be essential to a great season.

Truro is about to have a very familiar face back in clinic!

Some may know him as the one that brings major positive energy, others as the golf course hire (that's a story for another time), but if you know Jackson chances are you're familiar with his go-getter, team player personality, and we feel lucky enough to have him back with us as a Kinesiologist.

Welcome back, Jackson! 💪🩵
