Are you SURE the dryer didn't shrink my pants?

I've said it. Out loud. More than once.

And for one split second, I believed it.

But here's the thing: snug pants on a Monday aren't a failure. They're a breadcrumb.

So is the 2 am wake-up. The 2 pm crash. The 3 pm cookie that turns into the 8 pm "I blew it, tomorrow I'll be better."

Your body isn't betraying you. It's been trying to talk to you... and nobody ever taught you the language.

So I'm hosting a live workshop for women 50+:

STOP BLAMING THE DRYER 📅 Tuesday, November 17 10 am ET (7 am PT) on Zoom 60 minutes, including live Q&A C$27

Together we'll look at the five key biometrics your body uses to leave clues: sleep, hunger, moods, energy and cravings. You'll start to see what YOUR breadcrumbs might be pointing to.

No diets. No macros. No "it's just menopause."

Cameras are optional, so come in your comfy pants (the ones that still fit 😉).

Can't make it live? The replay lands in your inbox within 24 hours, and it's yours to keep.

If this feels resonant, it's probably meant for you. Grab your spot here: joinstop.stephaniehw.com

And if a friend popped into your head while you were reading this... that's a nudge too. Feel free to send it her way.

The body you understand responds differently than the body you fight.

Shorter version (for groups or a quick reshare)

Quick question: have you ever blamed the dryer for your pants? 🙋‍♀️

Me too. Turns out it wasn't the dryer. It was a breadcrumb.

On Tuesday, Nov 17 at 10 am ET, I'm hosting a live 60-minute workshop on Zoom for women 50+: Stop Blaming the Dryer. We'll decode what your sleep, hunger, moods, energy and cravings are trying to tell you.

C$27, replay included, cameras optional.

You show up according to who you think you are.

Change who you believe you are. Change your life 💚

If you see yourself as someone who “never sleeps well” …. you won’t.

If you see yourself as someone who “can’t lose weight anymore”… you can’t 🥹

If you see yourself as someone who “just isn’t disciplined” …. you won’t be 🙄

Not because it’s true.

Because your body is loyal to the story.

“I’m just like this.”
“It’s just my age.”
“I’ve never been good at this.”

Those aren’t facts.

Those are identities.

And every choice you make, what you eat, how you move, how you respond when stress hits…. All of it is filtered through the person you believe yourself to be.

So what happens when the identity you’re living from is an old one?

The woman who wakes up rested, reads her body’s signals with confidence, and feels like herself again?

She didn’t get a new body.

She became a different version of herself.

Your body doesn’t need to be fixed.

Who you think you are does

What does my body think is happening right now?

That’s the question that changes everything

Inside the answer to that question is your story, your pattern, the unconscious belief running silently in the background

“I’m not safe”
“I’m too old”
“I don’t deserve to be happy”
“It’s too late for me”

Your body heard that story once, maybe decades ago and…. it’s been responding to it ever since 🙄

That’s why you wake up at 2AM
That’s why you hold onto weight
That’s why you get triggered by the same things over and over

But here’s the best part: stories can be rewritten 🙌🏼

🎙️ New episode out now:

“The hidden reason you keep doing the same thing “

Link in bio. Let me show you how to rewrite yours
