The province has committed $6.6 million to improve access and coordination of care in our region with the goal of connecting all Simcoe County residents with a family physician or nurse practitioner by 2029. This funding aligns with the BCFHT’s vision of 'creating a health-care system where people feel supported, connected, and cared for at every stage of life'.
