Two days of cooking with my favorite human this week. Sure most of the time he’s my sous chef but this week he stepped up, took center stage, and dazzled. This italian sausage, fennel, garlic, and basil pizza was a show stopper and he rounded out the work week with the perfect grilled cheese. 😍🥰.

This week has big Fall vibes. We kicked it off with this spaghetti squash bolognese of sorts with turkey, roasted red pepper and mushrooms in the red sauce. Delicious then, delicious as leftovers.

Absolutely obsessed with this weekend adventure. The Wilds was gorgeous, educational, and extremely cozy. The variety of animals was incredible and the stay at Nomad Ridge with wine, views, and a fire, unforgettable.

Went on a safari today. It was incredible. Spending tonight looking over the enclosure in a yurt with wine and a fire. I’m pretty sure I want it to be Dan’s birthday every day.

Went to Seabrook for the week, only took 3 photos. Absolutely wonderful to disconnect and spend some quality time. Loved recreating our date night from last year , celebrating my parents anniversary , day drinking at the beach and dominating pickle ball. (Three of these things definitely happened).

Obsessed with white mac and cheese. I love adding different pairings and this one was particularly good with asparagus, shredded zucchini, cherry tomatoes, basil, and pine nuts.
