You thought it was a good idea at the time, waiting until your kids graduated to leave your husband. It seemed like the right thing to do. To give them stability while they’re in high school and let them finish off that phase of their life.

But what about the phase of your life? Now that you’re on your own, you’re happier certainly.

But what about your career?
What about the job market?
Were you able to find something that pays you what you’re worth?
Were you able to find something that brings you the income that you need to do this on your own?

What does your retirement look like now that you’re not married and possibly don’t have a pension to rely on anymore?

Are you ever going to be able to retire? Are you going to be able to retire in the way that you were looking forward to before? Or even close to it?

Do all these questions freak you right out?

They did for me. I have a slightly different story. I left my husband very early and raised my kids on my own. But that meant we spent a lot of time very vulnerable financially. I was unable to be in the job market to create my own pension in the same way that I would have been able to otherwise and I wasn’t able to save enough to bridge the gap from where I am now, at 54, to where I need to be in order to retire.

I do have a great job in a great career with federal government. But it’s not going to be enough to get me to retirement. And to also live well the way that I would like to on the way. I needed something extra.

I searched online for something that I could do on my off time and that was fun and didn’t suck the life out of me and gave me what I I’m going to need in order to bridge that gap.

I’ve found it It’s an online system that doesn’t require sacrificing your dignity.

There’s no dancing.
There’s no making a list of 100 friends.
There’s no home parties.
There’s no stock or hustling products to everyone you know.

If you’re old enough for those to make you smile, you’re also old enough to be making fun of menopause and you probably have an empty next and might be wondering how to retire at some point.

Me too.

I’m here doing my best to make the best of this new reality.

I finally get to prioritize me and live the type of life I’d put away the dreams for.

I have a career that pays for my day to day life and I have my high ticket online marketing system to fund both my adventures and catch up on my retirement goals.

It’s time for living well!

We’ve created a pretty cool space here! And there’s lots of us, we’d love to have ya!

This has become a cool space for all of us. We’re women in our 50s (give or take), GenXers, moms, empty nesters, maybe we never had kids, maybe we’re married, single, navigating newer midlife relationships like I am.

We’re no strangers to menopause and all the body issues that come from being kids of the 80s! We try to be stylish but we look half homeless when we walk the dogs, lol.

I could go on, but you get it- I know you do 😉

I also use an online income system to help fill in my financial gap between here and retirement. You’ll see that here too.

Tell me I’m wrong! If you’re a woman in menopause, you know exactly what I’m talking about. We can justify anything lol. It comes from being wise as f**k because we used to be out all night drinking peach coolers in a random field with no Google maps and no cell phone and still somehow managed to find our way home with one eye open! Lol

I think if you’re willing to laugh at it, menopause can be about as much fun as you’ve ever had.

Don’t take yourself too seriously. 😉

Does that mean it has to take over your life, no absolutely not. Online income fills a different need for everybody.
