‘Winter Light’ - February workshop series in Sydenham, ON at the library
Wednesday nights from 7:00-8:30pm
Learn how Sound Therapy, Nature Therapy, creating your own rituals, and creating community can help you find and strengthen your inner light in the dark, winter months
We invite you to: Come as you are, Bring your curiosity & open heart, Be nourished, mind, body and soul
What you can expect: A small, warm gathering; Genuine, certified and kind facilitators (Claire Beach, Anne Dumais and Laura Ireland); & Meaningful connections
Week 1 - The Healing Power of Ritual in Transitions and Loss with opportunity to learn, reflect and plant seeds by Anne Dumais of Yellow Pebbles Counselling & Navigation
Week 2 - Sound Therapy experience, breathwork and so much more with Laura Ireland of Expressions for the Soul
Week 3 - Whispers of the Forest immersive nature therapy experience with Claire Beach of The Wild Edge Nature Immersion
Week 4 - All three practitioners will be coming together! It is an opportunity to gather the threads of each session, reflect on what we learned, while creating something meaningful to celebrate and remember that you can bring home.
The 4 weeks will be $180 if purchased before January 7, 2026 and $200 after date.
