For so many of us, self-worth can feel like something we have to earn or prove. But what would it feel like to believe that we are worthy simply because we are?

Over the next few videos, we’ll be talking about self-worth, achievement, and what it means to know that you are enough as you are.

And if this resonates with you, check out my new newsletter on self-worth. Link in bio.

Life will throw unexpected things our way. Sometimes, the hardest part is accepting that what is happening is happening, rather than getting stuck wishing it were different.

Acceptance allows us to meet reality where it is and figure out what comes next.

Play. Being silly. Having fun. Allowing yourself to be totally free and immersed in an activity that is only for enjoyment.

When was the last time you actually allowed yourself to play?

Many of us (myself included) are focused on productivity. Making the most of every moment and getting through the day as effectively as possible.

Do we allow ourselves to have fun?

Did you know that fun boosts our creativity, helps us think about things from new perspectives, and helps us heal from past hurt?

We can allow ourselves to be silly, to unleash, to feel free to have fun. It’s not a waste. It’s a necessity.

Vulnerable post. Sharing something like this isn’t always easy, but I know I’m not the only mom who has felt this way.

If motherhood has been harder than you expected, if you’ve felt scared, overwhelmed, disconnected, or like you’re struggling to find your footing… you’re not alone. Having a hard time doesn’t make you a bad mom.

Many of us struggle with setting priorities. But we can create a simple list to sort what truly matters right now and what can be postponed without shame or self-judgment.

Sometimes clarity comes from writing things down and giving ourselves permission to take things one step at a time.

When something in our lives isn’t working, we can be quick to blame ourselves. But sometimes the system just isn’t the right one for us. It doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with us or that we’re failing.

It means finding a different way to make things work.

There’s an art to slowing down. I understand that life gets busy, but rushing rarely helps. It often creates more stress without helping us get where we’re going any faster.

Slowing down isn’t about doing less—it’s about being more present with what you’re already doing.

It can be hard to figure out your priorities in life. Instead of asking yourself what you want to spend your life doing, ask yourself what you want the spirit of your life to be.

How do you want to feel? What kind of person do you want to be? What do you want your life to reflect? Those answers can help you build a life that feels meaningful—not just productive.

If every question, conversation, or bid for connection feels like an interruption, it might be worth taking a step back and asking yourself why.

Sometimes it’s because we’re overwhelmed. Sometimes it’s because the relationship isn’t meeting our needs. Sometimes it’s something else entirely. Taking the time to understand what’s behind that feeling can help you decide what needs your attention.

Self-care isn’t always what we think. Or what we want.

I love summer and I love being in the sun. And lately, my body has been saying something different. Through headaches and dizziness, my body is telling me it no longer appreciates the sun the way it used to.

That doesn’t mean I shouldn’t go outside anymore. But it does mean that I need to be more intentional about when and how I do it. It requires paying close attention to my body, being willing to be flexible, and engaging in a bit more planning to make sure I’ve packed a water bottle for myself (not just my son, whose water bottle I never seem to forget about).

Self-care is about listening to our mind, body and spirit, and being willing to meet ourselves wherever we are at.

Happy summer ♡
