So grateful for the opportunity to share, learn, connect and be surrounded by so many incredible people who continue to inspire me in the fitness, wellness and hospitality industries.

The best part? Seeing amazing friends, colleagues and industry leaders some I’ve known for years and others I was so happy to finally meet in person. These are the connections that make this industry so special. 🤍

A huge thank you to and the entire team for creating such an incredible space for our industry to come together, exchange ideas and shape what’s next.

Thank you to everyone who attended my sessions, came to say hello, shared a conversation, supported my work or simply made this weekend memorable.

I’m leaving Toronto feeling inspired, grateful and even more excited about the future of fitness + wellness + hospitality.

Until next time… ✨

Luxury is a frequency ✨✨✨💫

It’s not just five-star hotels, designer brands, or breathtaking destinations. Those are beautiful, but true lives somewhere much deeper.

Over the past week in Mexico, while launching our , I realized something profound…

Luxury is watching someone smile for the first time in days.

Luxury is witnessing someone finally let go of emotions they’ve been carrying for years.

Luxury is helping a bride-to-be pause, breathe, and reconnect with herself before one of the biggest moments of her life.

Luxury is guiding an expectant mother to soften her breath and feel calm instead of fear.

Luxury is watching an older couple experience an ice bath together, laughing, encouraging one another, creating a memory they’ll never forget.

These are the moments that change people.

We’ve been taught to think luxury is something outside of us, something we buy, own, or aspire to. But I’ve come to believe that the highest form of luxury is creating experiences that make people feel.

When we create spaces where people can breathe deeper, laugh harder, cry freely, reconnect with themselves, and leave lighter than they arrived, that is luxury.

Luxury isn’t just a place.

It’s a frequency.

And it’s one we all have the power to create.

Do you agree? What does luxury mean to you?

Over the last three weeks, I visited wellness resorts across in Mexico, meeting with hotel teams, experiencing wellness programs, teaching hotel guest’s and exploring what today’s travelers are looking for.

A few things stood out:

👉Wellness is becoming a major reason people choose one hotel over another.
👉Guests want more than a spa and healthy food, they want that help them feel better, move more, recover, and connect with others.
👉More travelers are choosing wellness experiences over vacations centered around drinking and partying.
👉Simple, well-designed wellness experiences often have a bigger impact than expensive amenities.
👉Resorts that integrate wellness throughout the guest journey create the most memorable experiences.

The biggest takeaway?

People still want and but increasingly they’re looking for experiences that leave them feeling energized, healthy, and better than when they arrived.

One of the highlights was seeing friends and colleagues throughout the journey, something that always makes the experience even more meaningful.

I get asked often:
“How did you get into the and space?”

My path wasn’t traditional.

I didn’t come from a hotel school.
I built this from three worlds:

1. A BA in Therapeutic Recreation studying wellness from a medical + holistic lens, long before it was mainstream.
(Working with modalities like music, light, oxygen, animal therapy, and nervous system regulation.)

2. 20+ years as a professional Broadway artist, living and performing inside hotels around the world.Understanding what it actually feels like to operate at your best in those environments.

3. Working inside resorts globally with , and later as Account Manager for hotels in Asia —seeing firsthand how hotels operate, where they struggle, and where the real opportunities are.

I wasn’t observing from the outside, I was inside the system.

Today, what I create isn’t theoretical.

It’s built from:
→ understanding how the body responds to space, energy, and experience
→ knowing what people need to feel before they ask for it
→ and deeply understanding how hospitality environments actually function

Wellness isn’t something you add.

It’s something you design into how people feel the moment they walk in.

That’s the difference between a hotel that offers wellness…
and one that becomes a wellness experience.

What a pleasure to be on a buisness panel with my colleagues this weekend at

One thing became clear 💡
The isn’t lacking talent, but its still catching up to where the opportunities are moving 👉

Everyone’s competing for the same clients. Lower prices. More noise.

Meanwhile…
Luxury hotels, resorts, and private wellness spaces are expanding fast.

They’re not looking for trainers.
They’re looking for experiences.

Because this is no longer about delivering workouts. It’s about designing environments and shaping how people feel.

And here’s the reality:
The demand is there.
The budgets are there.
The infrastructure is being built.
But the talent hasn’t fully caught up.

Fitness × Wellness × Hospitality isn’t a trend. It’s the next operating model.

So the real question is:
Are we adapting to what’s emerging or trying to make the old model work a little longer?
