Original Mumie ORIGINAL MUMIE “MUMIE”, also known as “Shilajit” is a dark brown tar-like substance found high in the mountains of Central and South Asia.

The word MUMIE comes from the Greek language which means “The preserver of the body’’. The word Shilajit means “Tears of the Mountains”, "Rock-Invincible'' and ''Destroyer of Weakness" in different languages of South Asia. Mumie from the Himalayan mountain ranges is used in traditional “Ayurveda” medicine as a powerful rejuvenator and aphrodisiac. In ancient times, it was imported and used by the Ancient Egyptians for embalming. In the Russian empire, Mumie was used to treat people for a range of conditions, including broken bones, stomach problems, inflammatory conditions and impotence.It was also recognized a performance enhancer for athletes. A few decades ago the news about Mumie finally reached North America.
