Evolution Wellness offers a unique blend of holistic nutrition, emotional freedom techniques (EFT), biofield tuning (tuning forks) and energy therapies.

Ellie is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner, Personal Trainer Specialist, Certified Sports Nutrition Advisor, 3rd Degree Reiki Practitioner and Law of Attraction Coach that specializes in helping her clients overcome the subconscious blocks or limiting beliefs that lead to self-sabotage, emotional eating and lack of motivation that prevent them from taking action on their health and wellness goals. Ellie also runs a private general EFT practice and stands as the only Canadian certified as an Advanced EFT Practitioner in Gold Standard EFT by the Association of Comprehensive Energy Psychology.
