Instruction for all the classes at LifeSongYoga (LSY) is from an understanding that we are all different. The continuity of registered classes enhances personal growth, connection with familiar faces and a safe place to gather within our community.

To give you stability in these uncertain times, LifeSongYoga Studio is offering online and private 1:1, in-person sessions, so that you have a choice. At the same time, you maintain your practice and well-being.

I haven’t been active or posted here in over a year, yet somehow I’ve piseed off Meta and they are permently cancelling my page due to ‘violating their trademarks’. 🙄

So if you see this before it disappears, it’s not me, it’s ‘them’ 👎🏼 and I’ll be back.

👀 Self-massage relieves aches and pains and enhances breathing and performance.
The body is made up of multiple layers of connective tissue (fascia) that connects or separates you from your head to toes.
In this workshop you will use massage balls to improve the slide and glide between fascial layers which translates into ease of movement.
This is a Donation Based class with all proceeds going to the Crowsnest Pass Food Bank. Suggested donation is $30. Please bring cash for the donation.
Your support helps our community. Thank you!
