I wanted to see if the whole “measurable results” thing worked for me, because I don’t have any diagnosed “blood sugar” issues.

Same exact meal, 2 days in a row.
Finger prick done EXACTLY 2 hrs after the start of the meal.

I created this page at the time I went through my health scare. When this happened I went vegan and started working out; felt fabulous taking my health seriously and healing myself naturally. The benefit? I lost weight, had energy and felt fabulous. Fast forward and some of my bad habits started to creep back in and to top it off, I started going through menopause. My hormone were all over the place and I started gaining weight. Ugh….not fun!

I have learned so much about hormone health and had to get my mindset in check, and go back to what worked before and incorporate all the things I’ve learned along the way. This time, it’s not fear based, it’s for the right reasons and with a whole different mindset.
I would love for some to come on this journey with me, as an accountability type partner, plus it’s more fun!
