Walking in the Woods was written on long night walks through the forest.
No phone. No music. Just breath, footsteps, and the unknown.

This track is about surrender —
the moment you stop searching and let yourself be led.

Out in January 16th 🌙
Save it. Walk with it.

Woke up on the banks of the Snake River with Tula reminding me what freedom really looks like —to do what you want, when you want, no matter who’s watching.I felt grateful, a little wild, and fully alive. This piece carries that same energy — the courage to stop waiting for someday and start living it today.

I never planned to become an artist.Seven years ago, music wasn’t part of my life at all.Back then, I was going to clinic every day—same routine, same structure, same rhythm. There wasn’t much space for anything new to come through. It felt productive… but tight. And I didn’t realize how much of my creative potential was buried beneath that tension.Music only started to call me when I began to slow down. When I stepped away from the noise and started healing my nervous system. When I finally created space for something unknown to emerge.Because creativity doesn’t thrive in a contracted state. It needs room.Room for experience.Room for feeling.Room to surprise you. Now, every time I sit with a flute or work on a song, I remember:It’s not about controlling the outcome. It’s about trusting the process.Making space. Not everyone needs to become an artist. What could you create… if you simply made room for it?

🎶 Can music actually help you live longer?

A new study from University College London found that regularly listening to house music (120–130 BPM) may biologically slow aging — by up to six years.

Researchers linked this tempo to improved heart rate variability, reduced cortisol, and better overall brain function.
Not surprising… music shifts your state — fast.

And this isn’t an isolated finding.

Long-term studies have shown that:
• People who engage deeply with music have lower mortality rates
• Concert attendance is associated with higher well-being and longer lifespan
• Emotional states like joy, connection, and flow — often triggered by music — correlate with better immune, hormonal, and nervous system health

This is why I say music is medicine.
Not because it treats symptoms — but because it changes the state that created them.

And the right song… can do that in seconds.

Try ayahuasca,” they said…

Before: Clean shave. Suit and tie. Smiling on the outside, silently battling anxiety and addiction on the inside.

After: Beard. Long hair. Not concerned with what anyone thinks — and way more me.

The funny part? I only tried ayahuasca two weeks ago. It didn’t cause this transformation…

What actually changed everything was letting go of the pressure to be someone.

I stopped caring so much about appearances. About status. About approval. And with every layer I dropped, I found a deeper freedom.

The real medicine was learning to show up as myself — no mask, nothing to prove to anyone

Maybe that’s what healing really is: remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.

Transformation isn’t always pretty — but it’s always worth it. I’m curious what’s been your biggest support through your process of transformation.
