I am of Italian-European heritage and grew up with a potent and mystical affinity to both the Italian Wolf Goddess, Feronia-queen of the wilderness, wildlife, untamed nature who is known for her liberating nature, fertility, a protector of wolves and Lucina-goddess of wild things, protector of childbirth and of all vulnerable beings(animal or human), a guide though life's transitions. In addition to Feronia and Lucina, I have an ancient soul connection to La Loba. This story told by Clarissa Pinkola Este, originates from the deserts and mountains of Northern Mexico, about a wolf-woman-bone collector, who resurrects the wild spirit of life from the depths of the underworld. At the heart and soul of my offerings is the spirit of wolves and these Goddesses: the energy of midwifing spaces of rebirth, soul reclamation, soul restoration and life liberation. I midwife/doula sacred and inclusive spaces for returning to our wild instincts,reverencing our dark and light as whole, restoring and resacrailzing our lives and energy.

At the heart and soul of my offerings in supporting community in birth, death, grief thresholds, healing and reclamation is the wisdom of wolves-

We need a wolfpack aka community

We need rituals to grieve, celebrate and mourn

We need to howl and express

We need to play and co regulate

We need nature rituals

I have dreamed of wolves since I was a little girl and their presence in these dreams and in person have guided, inspired and protected me through the many deaths, rebirths and transitions in my life. (including the cancer journey I experienced

Wolves represent community, instinct, appetite for freedom, intuition, innovation, rituals, expression, intimacy, teachers, lunar connections-everything that my works holds as foundations for restoration and liberated living and dying..

May you come home to your untamed, wise, dark, light, messy transparency and remember the wolf wisdom within you that howls to remind you that you are wild, worthy of depth of community and to be revered in your love and grief

There is a time in the year when the earth begins to let go.
Leaves loosen their grip.
The light softens.
The fields empty themselves.
The trees stop performing abundance and turn inward, becoming quiet, rooted, listening.
Autumn asks something of us, too.
What might happen if we stopped trying to be good, pleasing, productive, polished—and instead listened for the ancient, unruly wisdom underneath it all?
Feral Queens is a seven-week journey into the wild embodied, intuitive, sensual, creative, sovereign parts of ourselves that have often been asked to shrink, soften, silence, or disappear.
Together, we will make space to come home to our bodies, our hearts and to one another.
Across seven Tuesday evenings throughout September and October, we will gather in a nourishing circle to breathe, move, listen, sing, receive, remember, and reconnect with the earth.
Through breathwork, self-massage, sound healing, songs storytelling, singing, embodiment, and earth-based ritual, we will explore the sacred terrain of the our wild souls.

This is a place to soften without becoming smaller.
To feel without needing to fix.
To take up space without apology.
To listen to the body as an elder.
To let what is no longer needed fall away.
We will tend the threshold between seasons together.
There will be moments of stillness and moments of sound.
Moments of laughter, grief, tenderness, rage, beauty, and deep exhale.
Moments of being witnessed.
Moments of being held.
