The Trikinetic team utilizes a variety of manual therapy & Traditional Therapeutic Chinese Medicine techniques to treat a spectrum of health issues. Trikinetic Massage Therapy, located in the heart of East Vancouver, has been healing people since 1993. We offer Registered Massage Therapy and Acupuncture & Cupping (Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner) in our calm and comfortable clinic. We work with our patients to alleviate pain and stress, and offer strategies to carry the benefits of treatment forward with tips for home care. We treat chronic pain, arthritis, muscle spasms, tendonitis, bursitis, frozen shoulder, discomfort during pregnancy, head & neck injuries, motor vehicle injuries, sport-related pain, occupational strain or injuries and stress to name a few. We take a holistic approach, Body, Mind & Spirit, to care for the whole person. Our team of 8 RMTs + 1 RTCMP are able to bill directly to most Extended Health Benefit plans.

Fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, long Covid, dysautonomia: conditions like these often come with no visible signs, which means patients living with them get disbelieved or dismissed, including in healthcare settings.

At Trikinetic, we start from the assumption that you know your body best. We have practitioners who have particular lived experience and interest in supporting patients with exactly these conditions.

Karen Fleming, RMT founded Trikinetic in 1993 and has been a cornerstone of therapeutic massage in East Vancouver ever since.
While she has passed ownership of the Clinic onto Jacquie Sinclair, RMT, Karen is not going anywhere! Her massage practice continues to thrive and grow.
Karen is currently on a 10 day comprehensive clinical intensive retreat, furthering her vast knowledge and training in Massage Support for Mastectomy & Top Surgery.
She is looking forward to bringing this gentle, trauma-aware massage therapy for breast and chest surgery recovery to her practice.

Sensory input, including touch, can affect focus, overwhelm, and calm differently in ADHD brains than in neurotypical ones. That's exactly why our sessions are sensory aware and consent based. You tell us what kind of pressure or environment works, and we build the session around it.

Healing Touch has many dimensions and nuances to it. We are here to listen and customize each treatment to your needs.

Whether you are in treatment, recovering from surgery, or further along in recovery, something that used to be easy can suddenly require more care and communication.
Our team is always happy to talk about it with you before before and during your treatment.

Trikinetic News! 💜🤩💜

We are pleased to announce Jacquie Sinclair, RMT as the new owner of Trikinetic Massage Therapy. Jacquie will be a friendly & familiar face to Triki patients, she has been at Trikinetic since 2023. Gratitude, Jacquie's guide dog, works right alongside her in the Clinic.

Karen Fleming, RMT is not going any where! She is continuing per practice at Trikinetic, and she is on-hand for a smooth transition. Her bright spirit continues to shine at Triki.

The Trikinetic Team remains, with no changes to billing or scheduling. The high standards & good vibes continue, uninterrupted.

We continue to offer Registered Massage Therapy, Bodywork, and Acupuncture in the heart of East Van.

Here's to celebrating 33 solid years of Empowering your Path to Wellness, with much gratitude to Karen for starting it all and forging the path.

Chloe works especially well with patients navigating hypermobility, autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, and dysautonomia, though they welcome anyone, weekend warriors and athletes included. No insurance required, which makes sessions a genuinely accessible option if you're between RMT appointments or trying bodywork for the first time.

Headaches, neck tension, and sensitivity to light or noise can linger long after the initial injury feels "better." Our RMTs can be part of a broader recovery team, working gently with neck and shoulder tension alongside guidance from your doctor or concussion specialist. This is supportive care, not a replacement for medical treatment.

Today, light and dark stand in balance, and then we tip toward shorter days. 🍂 💜

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, autumn is a season of drawing inward, much like the season itself. Our TCM practitioners, Lucas and Nicki, talk about this shift with patients often: easing off summer's expansive energy, protecting the lungs and immune system as the weather turns, and giving yourself permission to slow down.
