Pancake Day, but Make It Healthy! 🥞✨

Who says Pancake Day has to be a sugar overload? These oat banana pancakes are proof that you can celebrate without the guilt! 🙌🏼💚 Made with simple, whole ingredients, they’re naturally sweet, protein-packed, and totally delicious.

Ingredients (Makes about 4 pancakes)

* 1/2 cup oats (blended into flour or whole)
* 1/2 banana (mashed)
* 1/2 cup unsweetened homemade almond milk (or water)
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
* 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
* 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat and lightly grease with coconut oil or Ghee butter.
3. Pour small amounts of batter onto the pan, forming pancakes.
4. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
5. Serve with fresh fruit, maple syrup
