Lee is originally from England and moved to Ireland at the age of 19. He has extensive fitness and fight training, having spent many years learning many different forms of martial arts such as Muay Thai, Brazilian Ju-jitsu, Wing-Chung. When he was 34 he came to Canada, where he currently lives, enjoying raising his 2 young sons and helping the clients of Embody Fitness and Training get fit and bal
anced. Lee has dedicated his life to studying the connection between exercise, nutrition and emotions in order to better understand the impact each has on an individuals fitness. His goal for himself and his clients is about more than just working out, it is also about achieving balance and positive results, both physically and emotionally. Lee works hard to keep the workouts fresh, constantly challenging the body to obtain maximum results. He has done extensive research in nutrition and digestive conditions such as IBS and Crones, as well as emotional issues such as anxiety and depression. This has helped him develop personalized programs that address all a clients issue, empowering them in fitness and life.
