Morning headaches, a sore jaw, clicking when you chew, even neck or shoulder tension — a lot of people live with this for years and just call it "stress."

It's often TMJ (temporomandibular joint) dysfunction, usually caused by clenching or grinding, especially overnight.

Botox in the masseter muscle relaxes the overworked masseter muscle, easing the clenching, soreness, and headaches that come with it. Many people also notice a softer, slimmer jawline as a side effect, because the muscle relaxes and becomes smaller over time.

Sound familiar? Send me a message, this might be more treatable than you think 📩

𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐠 #𝟏: Rubbing, massaging, or applying pressure to the treated area

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐢𝐭'𝐬 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦: It feels natural to touch your face during skincare or makeup, but pressing on fresh Botox can cause it to spread to nearby muscles you didn't intend to treat. For filler, it can shift placement before it's settled.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐱: Hands off for 24 hours (Botox) to 48 hours (filler). Skip face massages, gua sha, and jade rolling during that window too.

𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐠 #𝟐: Hitting an intense workout, hot yoga, or sauna right after

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐢𝐭'𝐬 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦: Raising your heart rate and body temperature increases blood flow to the face, which can worsen bruising and swelling — and for Botox, may cause it to migrate before it's fully set.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐱: Wait 24 hours before anything that gets your heart rate up or overheats you. A gentle walk is fine.

𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐠 #𝟑: Booking a flight within 24-48 hours of getting filler

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐢𝐭'𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: Most people have no idea cabin pressure and altitude changes can affect fresh filler — it can cause temporary extra swelling or make results look uneven mid-flight, right when you thought you were "camera ready" for your trip.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐱: If you have a flight planned, get filler 1 week before you fly (or right after you land, not right before). Not a concern for Botox.

Not all lips need the same approach.

Some have lost structural support (the defined border, corners, cupid's bow) before they've lost volume. Adding volume to lips without that foundation can make them look puffy or shapeless instead of enhanced.

Others struggle with asymmetries and only need support in certain areas.

And in some cases just a little hydration is needed and not necessarily an excess of volume.

Not sure what your lips actually need? Send me a message and we'll figure out your best approach 📩

These terms get used interchangeably online, but they're not the same treatment.

Traditional Botox uses a full dose injected into the muscle to correct existing lines.

Baby Botox uses the same technique, just a smaller, more targeted dose — more subtle, more preventative, popular for first-timers or younger patients.

Microtox is injected more superficially, into the skin itself, targeting pore size and skin texture rather than muscle movement.

The right choice depends on what you're actually trying to achieve. Not sure which fits you? Send me a message and we'll figure it out 📩

The holidays are closer than they feel 👇

Halloween: 16 days away
Christmas: 10 weeks away
New Year: 11 weeks away

Botox takes 1-2 weeks to settle. Filler needs about 2 weeks. Sculptra needs months, and it's done in a series.

If you want to feel your best for any of these, the time to book is now, not the week before.

Let's map out your timeline. Send me a message 📩

That's not something we get used to. It's something we stay grateful for, every single appointment.

Not because a treatment changes who you are, but because feeling good in your own skin has a way of showing up everywhere else, how you carry yourself, how you show up for your day, how you talk to yourself.

Confidence isn't extra. It's an investment that pays you back daily.

What makes RHA1 the injector's secret weapon? 👇

It's the softest filler in the RHA collection, built to move with your skin, not sit under it.

Soft and forgiving to work with, no lumps, no stiff "filled" look. Many injectors even use it as a skin booster, not just for lines.

The result? Hydrated, natural skin that moves the way it's supposed to.

Curious if RHA1 is right for you? Send me a message 📩
