Hi I’m Christa Plangger, co-founder and QHHT practitioner at Coastal Wellness Co.
I specialize in Past Life Regression, Hypnotherapy, and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). I came to this work through a lifelong curiosity about spirituality and a deeply personal experience with my own healing that showed me just how capable the body and mind are of restoring themselves.
When I discovered QHHT and the way it gently guides people to access their own inner wisdom for healing, I felt an immediate and undeniable calling. I have been doing this work ever since.
People who work with me often describe feeling at ease the moment they meet me. I create a space that feels safe, unhurried, and completely without judgment. My approach is deeply personal and nothing about it feels transactional.
At the heart of my work is a quiet but unwavering belief that people already hold the capacity to heal themselves. My role is simply to help them access it.
As a Level 1 intern, I am currently offering free QHHT sessions (valued at $500 per session) in order to meet my certification requirements, making this a wonderful opportunity to experience this profound work.
