Everything we have selected in store are items we've sourced because we love the philosophies, quality and performance of these companies. We have a space above the store where we host talks every month from Naturopaths, Herbalists, Nutritionist and other outstanding experts. ATP Lab’s Supreme Beef Protein now comes in Mochaccino and Salted Caramel!

If it’s new to you, these guys are a mix of grass fed beef collagen and beef bone broth. It’s a dairy free protein powder option that still gives you a complete amino acid profile, supporting muscle protein synthesis, tissue repair, and lean muscle development 💪🌿

It also contains a super high amount of naturally occurring glycine, an amino acid naturally found in collagen that plays an important role in connective tissue and other functions throughout the body.

If you’re new to tallow soap, tallow has been used in traditional skincare for generations. It is rich in skin nourishing fats and has a composition that closely resembles the lipids naturally found in our skin, making it a simple option for cleansing without leaving skin feeling overly stripped or dry. 🌿✨

What makes Genesis even more special to us is that it’s a Vancouver Island family business, run by the lovely husband and wife duo, Brie and Jacob.

Their tallow is sourced from grass fed, grass finished cattle from local farms on Vancouver Island and BC, and their products are made in small batches with a focus on simple, natural ingredients. 💚
