Day 1: The skin looks red, feels tight, and gives off a warm sensation similar to a moderate sunburn for the first few hours. Mild swelling is also common.
Days 2–3: Tiny dark spots called MENDs (Microscopic Epidermal Necrotic Debris) will surface. Your skin will look bronzed and begin to feel rough.
