The Smart Sip Cream Co. CEO I’m Ashlyn 👋 a 🇨🇦 nutrition coach and founder of Smart Sip Cream Co., my calorie-friendly, fiber-rich creamer. This is why I created Smart Sip.

I’m Sask born & raised 🌾 currently living on Vancouver Island📍 As a nutrition coach who has helped more that 700 people reach their health and weight loss goals over the last 8 years, I saw a hole in the food & beverage industry for simple, fiber-rich foods to help people reach their fiber goals. Smart Sip is a calorie-friendly, fiber-rich coconut oil powdered creamer that was designed to help people reach their goals. More than 90% of people don’t get enough fiber in and that plays a huge role in their health and weight loss goals. Sugary drinks that people consume leave them crashed out, struggling with their energy levels and elevating their hunger. She wanted to create a product that still gave them that delicious drink without all of the nasty side-effects. Smart Sip can be enjoyed in coffee, tea, smoothies, shakes, yogurt, pancake & waffle mix, Creamis, ice cream or pudding so you can reap it's benefits even if you aren't a coffee drinker.

September deserves a spot in the feed 🥹

What an incredible month of travels. I was back in Saskatchewan for the kith+kin market and got to see so my friends and family.

Then it was straight to Vancouver for The Forum business accelerator where I met the most amazing people.

That weekend I set up the Smart Sip booth at the Women & Waves | Victoria, BC Networking Group event in Sooke.

After that I headed out to Toronto for the Canadian Health Food Association (CHFA) tradeshow and got to see all my best industry friends.

I came straight back to pitch at the Startup Canada tour in Victoria and took home $8500 and an expenses paid trip to Mississauga to compete for $30,000.

October already has an amazing start and I can’t wait to share it all with you!

With at least one person helping me it really only takes a couple hours and I get to catch up on some of my shows while I do it ☺️

I did have to take a meeting in the middle so I fixed my hair and make up a bit before doing that lol.

Someday I’ll have someone else do this for me but I love documenting these days for me to look back on someday and remember the start of Smart Sip 🥰
