We'll gather under the energy of an approaching New Moon, a beautiful opportunity to slow down, reflect and plant some seeds of intention for the cycle ahead.

We'll begin with a little True Sky Sidereal Astrology, enjoy some herbal tea and connection, and take time for journaling and setting intentions.

Then we'll move to our mats (or chairs) for a gentle guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound bath with the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, bells and chimes.

Two beautiful hours where nothing is required of you.

No rushing. No expectations. Just an opportunity to breathe, reconnect with yourself and allow the vibrations of sound to support deep rest and relaxation.

We're creating a monthly drum circle. 🥁✨

My hope is to build a welcoming community where we can gather each month, learn, drum, laugh, release some stress and experience the incredible energy that happens when people create rhythm together.

And the more our circle grows, the more opportunity we have to bring the monthly cost down and make it accessible to even more people. ❤️

One drum creates a rhythm.

A circle of drums creates an experience. 🥁❤️

There is something incredibly uplifting about sitting together, feeling the vibration of the drums and realizing that your individual rhythm has become part of something much bigger.

Drumming gives us permission to move, express, release, laugh, connect and simply have FUN.
