Good afternoon,
Due to a waterline break on Reserve A, water levels at the water treatment plant have dropped significantly.
The MD Utilities Department shut off the water supply affecting Reserve A and Cardinal Point. As a result, our facility will be without or low running water, preventing us from accessing our common area washrooms.
Given the impact on our daily operations and the lack of access to washroom facilities, management has approved the closure of regular office operations for the remainder of the day.
Please be advised that essential services will remain operational and available to assist community members who require immediate assistance.
In the meantime, please minimize water usage in your respective areas. If possible, fill your water jugs, pails, or bathtubs with available water to ensure you have enough for essential needs, particularly for flushing toilets.
