💊 Fun Fact Friday 💊
Did you know your body has its own built-in “pharmacy”?

Your brain releases natural chemicals like endorphins (feel-good hormones) that can help reduce pain, boost mood, and even act a little like natural pain relievers!

So whether it’s a good laugh, exercise, or sunshine — you’re giving your body a healthy dose of its own medicine 😊
