YAY for STAGE 3 Ontario re-pening.
Bootcamp for Tuesday 6:30-7:30 pm is a GO regardless of weather and the indoor space is ready and following the covid guidelines. Currently bootcamps are full with "the regulars" as to ensure that adequate space distance of 2 Metres can be maintained and on sunny days when weather is NOT a factor shoot me a pm and I will try to accommodate as best as possible.

covit ontario public health measures in case you wondered the current gym rules.

"Facilities for sports and recreational fitness activities
Open, including sports and sports leagues without restrictions on contact or the number of people participating in a sports team or league.

Conditions:

indoor capacity for the facility limited to 50% with limited exemptions (such as for day and overnight camps, child care)
every person must maintain a physical distance of 2 metres from every other person. There is no specific limit on the number of people in:
an indoor fitness or exercise class
the area of the gym with weights and exercise equipment
maximum capacity must be posted
the person responsible for the facility must record the name and contact information of every person who enters the facility and actively screen individuals who enter the facility. The COVID-19covid 19 customer screening tool may be used to meet this requirement
face coverings are required indoors except when engaged in an athletic or fitness activity (with some other exceptions)

SUPER EXCITED that as of FRIDAY we can train in up to a group of 10!!!!! HAPPY DANCE!!!!! Keep posted for the schedule to come!
MAY be a few weeks until REGULARLY scheduled classes due to previously booked appointments but I look forward SO SO MUCH to seeing you!!!!!!!!!! Also may add pop up classes as I know family plans and kids training schedule. EXCITED!!!!!!!

Just an interesting read to share. I resonate SO MUCH with this. As always I feel KNOWLEDGE IS POWER and researching the BEST way to strengthen GLUTE MED. Arthritis sucks but I LOVE that the more I LEARN AND STRENGTHEN the better equipped I can be! Side note.....this blogger has it in her knees and for me it's a hip issue. I was born with this........so heads up if you ask if I "wore it out" friendly warning I am getting a little sick of hearing that. Yes I limp. I am SO THANKFUL to the SUPPORT from my incredible circle of friends. Pretty incredible how thorough my health care has been and thankful Ontario has such incredible resources to help.

Loving the Liift 4 program and subbing the hiit with Peloton spin rides. Daily yoga practice with Peloton today. Been doing morning meltdown on beachbody streaming tons lately. Today's workout was a lovely classic ski and then this workout free on youtube. Disclaimer....ensure you have had proper instruction on kettlebells. Before I am back to work and kiddo's online other great workout options are the obvious ski, snowshoe, hike, run esp when the sun is out.

With Barb's permission I am offering for sale an almost brand new (worn twice) pair of New Balance Heat ladies leggings. They are size medium, fit like a glove, super comfy and cozy for cool weather runs, have plenty of reflective bits for safety on these ever-darkening mornings and evenings. I paid over $100 for them last fall, and am asking $60 for them now. I'm 5'10" tall, weigh 140lbs, just to give you an idea of who they'd fit...
